The Executive Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omoo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has joined numerous others in celebrating the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor on Social Development, Comrade Olalekan Biliamin Oba, on his birthday.
Comrade Oba, the former Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State chapter, added another year today.
In a statement commemorating his birthday, Omo’ba Aroyewun said that the celebrant is an exceptional and visionary leader and a pride of the Ikorodu Division.

“Your have earned your reputation as a young person who has scored very high in initiating ideas and innovation that redefined youth leadership in our state. Through your innovative programs and inclusive leadership style during your tenure as the Chairman of the youth council in Lagos and currently as the Senior Special Assistant to Mr Governor on Social Development , you have empowered countless young minds and created lasting platforms for youth engagement and development.
